Orders are processed and shipped the day of payment if payment is received before 12pm (weekends and public holidays excluded). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA – All domestic parcels are sent via the Australia Post Express post service as it ensures guaranteed next business day delivery within the express post network (80% of Australian addresses are covered within the network, allow an additional day or two for areas outside the network).

This method of shipping also provides full tracking on all parcels.
Cost of shipping is determined by guestimate weight. We charge:

$10 for 0-500grams.
$15 for 501grams and up to 1 kg.
$20 for 1.01kg and up to 2kgs.
So the more items purchased means the more you save on postage

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – All international parcels are sent via Australia Post Registered Post International which again includes all tracking. Please allow 7-14 days to receive your parcel.

International shipping costs are also determined by weight and the prices below are for the first 500grams. Every 500grams extra is an additional $10.

First 500grams: $18 for NZ
$22 for Asia
$26 for U.S
$32 UK & Europe

PLEASE NOTE:
-We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
-In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the package is returned to Vincija we will contact you and dispatch the package for a second time. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
-Vincija does not take any responsibility for items that may be lost or stolen in transit. In the very rare circumstance that this does occur, we will do whatever we can to help track the parcel.

RETURNS
Refunds will only be given if item is faulty. Vincija reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our descriptions and measurements carefully prior to checkout. All sales are final. For Faulty items please contact us at info@vincija.com for return instructions. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.
