Please understand we do not accept returns, as all items are produced on a made-to-order service as your order is handmade from scratch in the size, colour and style that you request. Returns for an exchange will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty and must be returned within 14 days. Vincija reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.

Colours/lighting may show differently on each computer or mobile, therefore there may be slight variations in colour. Please email us if you are unsure about the colour you are purchasing and would like to see more photos.

Please note as we are always receiving new batches of fabric, therefore previous batch colour may not be the exact same colour as the next batch of fabrics, so if you are purchasing another pair of bottoms or a top to match your past purchases we always recommend to ask us prior as there is a high chance the colour will not match and therefore we always advise to purchase a full set at the same time to ensure you receive the exact same colour for the top and bottoms.

Please also note although we take every measure to line all of our swimwear (double layer) some lighter colours may still go see through, if you are concerned about this please select a darker colour or email for colour recommendations, sizing, fit or any other questions you may have.

What fabric is my bikini made from?

Vincija’s bikinis fit and feel like a second skin! We use only the highest quality fabrics from ITALY, Our matte colour range consists of 78% Econyl Reclyed Nylon and 22% Lycra. Our shimmer colour range consists of 80% Nylon and 20% Lycra.

All of our fabrics have a buttery soft feel and plenty of stretch, designed to fit snug to the body and accentuate all curves without digging in! All of our bikinis are made with a double side seamless finish designed to stretch and mould to any body type.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

As soon as you place your order we then go and lovingly create your bikini from scratch to the sizing, colour and design you requested,  therefore please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be custom made – cut and sewn before it is shipped.

When will my order arrive?

Shortly after dispatch you will receive a confirmation email from us that your order is complete which means it has been cut,sewn and shipped out.

International customers will also receive an additional email from our international express courier with tracking information. Please be sure to check for this email  to keep track of your parcel)

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal. You do not need a paypal account to check out with Paypal.

AUS customers also have the option to checkout with AfterPay.

US customers have the option to check out with Sezzle.

Can I change my order once its been placed?

We only accept changes or cancellations within the first hour of placing your order, after that your order goes intro production and we start cutting and sewing your order to your order specifications therefore changes can no longer be made, so please choose carefully and email us with any sizing questions PRIOR TO ORDERING if you are unsure.

What size should I order?

Every product page has a size chart with a general guideline as well as a full description of the style and fit to help you find your perfect size!  If you are in between sizes we recommend to size up!

Can I exchange or return an order?

As we provide a made to order service and all of our bikinis are handmade from scratch to your sizing,colour and style requests, we are unable to offer returns or an exchange on your order. Therefore please select your sizing etc carefully and email us with any questions prior to ordering.

How do I use a promo code or gift card?

Its super easy! Yay! Just type in or copy and paste the code into the ‘have a coupon code?’ box at the top of the checkout page.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service team operates between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Standard time. So if you have emailed us on the weekend please bare in mind we will not be able to respond until Monday. Responses can also take between 24-36 hours during busy periods or long weekends.  You can also catch us on instagram DM’s if you have a urgent enquiry.

How do I take care of my swimwear?

Please follow these easy steps to ensure the longevity of your new Vincija Bikini.

-Hand wash separately in cold soapy water after contact with chlorine and salt water

-Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry (do not leave in direct sunlight.)

-Avoid contact with sunscreens, tanning products, oils & chlorine- this may cause colour to fade and damage the fabric.

-Avoid contact with rough surfaces.

-Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

-Do not wring, soak or bleach.

-Do not iron or dry clean.

-Do not wash with other clothing. Brighter colours will bleed and may transfer when wet.

-High amounts of chlorine and salt water will damage your swimwear.

Will my bikini go see through?

Even though we take extra measures to ensure our bikinis are lined (double layer), some lighter colours may still appear see through. If you are worried about this please select a darker colour at checkout or email us with any questions.

*Please note our padding may appear slightly see through in some lighter colours aswell. However all of our padding is removable for your convenience.
