All domestic parcels are sent via the Australia Post Express post service as it ensures guaranteed next business day delivery within the express post network (80% of Australian addresses are covered within the network, allow an additional day or two for areas outside the network).

This method of shipping also provides free full tracking on all parcels upon request.

All international parcels are sent via EXPRESS with DHL FEDEX courier shipping.

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the package is returned to Vincija we will contact you and dispatch the package for a second time. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Please understand we do not accept returns as all items are produced on a made-to-order service in the colour and size of your choice. Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty and must be returned within 14 days. Vincija reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with  accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.  Please also note although we take every measure to line all of our swimwear (double layer) some lighter colours may still go see through when wet, if you are concerned about this please email for colour recommendations, sizing, fit or any other questions you may have.
